5 Year Workmanship Warranty
Persi Homes is committed to providing our customers with exceptional craftsmanship and service. To that end, we offer a comprehensive workmanship warranty on all of our construction projects.
This guarantee is invalid if any other contractor has worked on the property or has altered the work that PersiHomes installed in any manner.
Persi Homes warrants their workmanship for a period of 5 years after completion. During this period, we guarantee that all labor and installation performed by our team will be completed to the highest industry standards. If any defects in workmanship are found within the warranty period, Persi Homes will promptly and fully remedy the issue at no additional cost to the customer.
Owner must provide Persi Homes notification of any mentioned concerns within 48 hours of a problem emerging. This allows us to assess and address the issue in a timely manner, minimizing the impact on the customer.
In the event that any fixtures supplied and installed by Persi Homes malfunction within 1 to 5 years, we shall offer labor to repair the fixtures. This includes any issues caused by faulty installation or construction. However, any owner-supplied fixtures that require maintenance work must be paid for by the owner.
The workmanship warranty does not cover any issues caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or maintenance, or external factors beyond our control. Any changes or modifications to the original construction performed by third parties will void the workmanship warranty. Additionally, this warranty is limited to the scope of work that Persi Homes has performed and does not cover any other materials or components used in the project, which may have their own manufacturer warranties.
PERSI HOMES ONLY PROVIDE THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH IN THIS WRITTEN AGREEMENT. Except as otherwise specified in writing and contained in this Agreement, no other warranty, express or implied, oral or written, is included in this Agreement for PERSI HOMES. THE OWNER SHOULD LOOK TO THE MANUFACTURER AND NOT PERSI HOMES FOR THEIR RIGHTS UNDER THE WARRANTY IN THE EVENT THAT THE MANUFACTURER OF ANYTHING INSTALLED HEREIN OFFERS A DIFFERENT WARRANTY.
